 On arrival, you can only expect a warm welcome from Patrice who will pick you up at the airport. Patrice will take you to the retreat house where you will be staying for the duration of your retreat. The retreat house is a 2 double bedroom apartment located in Trois Rivieres. There, your comfy double bedroom will be waiting for you and all the facilities will be available to you to use at your convenience. Your room will also be equipped with air conditioning if ever you find it hard to cope with the heat. (1 room has air conditioning, the other has a fan) 

If you wish, every morning Patrice will come early to prepare breakfast as well as one meal per day (lunch or diner depending on program). If you want to cook, you are more than welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen.

A collection of books and DVD’s on meditation, self-development, life coaching, spirituality and more will also be available for you to borrow if you wish.

Patrice will be glad to take you wherever you feel like going, however if you ever want to hire a car to travel on your own, Patrice will introduce you to cheap car rentals.
